I hired this company to store my family heirlooms for a year and then move them to my home out of state. I paid thousands to have over a year to store these items. A few thousand dollars later to move them out of state I receive everything damaged some items irreplacable. The owner Chris Denison is uncooperative and filed an imaginary claim which I had no involvment then denied it. I even have photos they "they" requested I take the day they were there to pick the items up! The after pictures on delivery day clearly show the damages. The companies response? a letter stating that they are not liable for damages to my property because I signed for delivery?? I would highly advise that anyone seeking a reputable company to avoid this one at all costs. The "fully insured and bonded" title on their so called professionalism will leave you with out of pocket and seeking an attorney.
